February 4-5, 2026 - Publication of the defense schedule
February 6, 2026 - Submission of printed boards (graduate students) - ROOM 246
February 9, 2026 - Review of all theses (supervisors, reviewers, chairpersons)
February 10-13, 2026 - Diploma defenses
July/September (Engineering/Licensing)
June 30 - Deadline for submitting theses for those wishing to defend in July
July 15 - Regulation deadline for submitting theses (defense in September)
For those who submit their theses by June 30:
July 3 - Defense schedule and submission of printed boards Boards
July 7-10 - Diploma Defenses
For those who submit their thesis after June 30 (by July 15th as required or extended to the end of August):
September 3 - Defense Schedule
September 4 - Submission of Printed Boards
