Drawing is an essential language of communication in an architect's work!

We invite you to the fourth stage of the fourth edition of the drawing course at the Faculty of Architecture, Poznań University of Technology!

This offer is aimed primarily at high school students and high school graduates interested in learning and improving their drawing skills! Those continuing their drawing studies will find support in the course to develop acquired skills, develop spatial thinking, and broaden their drawing horizons. Those just starting out in this field will build their creative personality in a friendly atmosphere, step by step learning the intricacies of drawing and design. The instructors at the Faculty of Architecture of the Poznań University of Technology – artists
and architects with many years of creative and teaching experience – offer assistance and specific advice so that participants can become familiar with all kinds of issues that influence the development of imagination, artistic sensitivity, and the learning of insightful observation of the reality around us.

The course topics, devoted to drawing from observation (still life and figure studies) and the creation of imagined spatial visions based on the construction of solids, and the implementation of original responses to a given topic or theme, are adapted to the varying drawing levels of the students. All participants are treated individually, according to their pace of work and approach to the problem.

Improving your skills in drawing composition, perspective, volume construction, observing proportions, contrasts, the play of light and shade, and the interrelationships of all components is the foundation for deepening your experience and providing excellent motivation for further drawing practice. Individual corrections and collaborative discussions during classes serve to shape and strengthen independent creative attitudes.

We invite you to the 4th annual series of meetings, especially for high school graduates. This series will allow you to thoroughly explore the secrets of drawing, enrich your experience, and consolidate your acquired knowledge so you can take the entrance exam in good standing!

We cordially invite all interested individuals!
