Please do not forget to fill in your personal details as instructed. You should provide it in the header of the document!
The deadline for making Changes to Learning Agreement in the Winter Semester Program is:
10th November 2015 [TUESDAY]
Please keep in mind, that it should be consulted beforehand in person on duty hours of a Departmental Coordinator. It must be as well accepted by your home Universities. Please have it done as soon as possible.

- for Bachelor curriculum: 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th semesters
- for Master curriculum: 2nd
- for Art Education: 1st, 3rd, 5th on a 1st degree studies
and 1st and 3rd on a 2nd degree studies

Wednesdays: 13:45-15:15 (1:45-3:15 pm),
room 216 in the building C (deanery building).
